We're looking flexible (part time, full time or Flexible schedule) Personal Care Aides in the Erie County, PA (see above) to be at the heart of our client's care. As a home health aide with The caring Company you will provide exceptional care that our clients rely on to stay safe at home.

Duties :

• Provide general attention to Patient's non-medical needs in accordance with a Plan of Care
• Provides companionship for patients including talking and listening, reading aloud, providing social and emotional support
• Promote the Patient's mental alertness through involvement in activities of interest
• Provides emotional support and promotes a sense of well-being
• Provide for a clean, safe, and healthy environment for patients and family members
• Provides light housekeeping tasks including laundering of patient's garments and linens
• Prepare and serve meals as directed and ensure dishes are washed and kitchens is clean after each meal
• Assists Patient in completing necessary phone calls, letter writing, etc.
• Accompanies Patient on walks, community trips, doctor's office, bank, beauty salons, etc.
• Reminds patient to take self-administered medications.
• Observes and reports any changes in the patient's mental, physical, emotional condition, or home situation to immediate supervisor in a timely manner.
