Education : Master's degree in social science, education, business or related field required. Master's degree in business, education, higher ed or related field preferred.

Experience : 3 years supervisory experience required. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to be clear, persuasive and an effective advocate for the College. Must be an organized, strategic team player who is able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Keen project management skills required, including collaborative team building, database management and program evaluation and reporting.
