Scheduler Position
Chief Buildings is seeking a Scheduler to join the Chief team. In this role, you will coordinate production schedules and ensure materials move efficiently through fabrication and assembly to meet delivery deadlines. You'll play a key role in keeping operations on track by aligning resources, timelines, and priorities across departments. To be successful in this position, you should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Education : High School Diploma, or GED, preferred.
Job Responsibilities :
- Meet daily production targets to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze production documents and issue work orders to maintain standard part inventory.
- Use data analysis to support raw material planning and finished goods fulfillment.
- Create production schedule and prioritize job-orders for production optimization.
- Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation.
