Job Description
Job Responsibilities (Including but not limited to) :
- Monitor and answer incoming phone calls, texts, and emails
- Schedule crews by area with correct timing
- Distribute Thank You cards and various mailings
- Schedule new estimates and recurring clients
- Conduct quality control calls
- Organize and create SOPs as needed
- Monitor and track company programs (referrals, awards)
- Wash and dry towels daily, maintain office cleaning
- Receive deliveries
- Seasonal special projects
- Purchase office supplies
Requirements :
Must be eligible to work in the United StatesMust complete a background screening including credit checkMust have a high school diplomaMust have two years of clerical experienceMust know how to use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc...)PowerPoint and Google Sheets knowledge is a plusMust speak fluent English with a high level of professionalism and customer service etiquette (No use of slang)Soft Skills :

Hours : Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM (Includes an hour lunch from 12PM-1PM)

Excellent verbal communication skills.Strong supervisory and leadership skills.Thorough understanding of Stores procedures and policies.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to keep accurate records.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, and software used to maintain inventory.
