Job Description

Job Responsibilities (Including but not limited to) :

  • Monitor and answer incoming phone calls, texts, and emails
  • Schedule crews by area with correct timing
  • Distribute Thank You cards and various mailings
  • Schedule new estimates and recurring clients
  • Conduct quality control calls
  • Organize and create SOPs as needed
  • Monitor and track company programs (referrals, awards)
  • Wash and dry towels daily, maintain office cleaning
  • Receive deliveries
  • Seasonal special projects
  • Purchase office supplies

Requirements :

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must complete a background screening including credit check
  • Must have a high school diploma
  • Must have two years of clerical experience
  • Must know how to use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc...)
  • PowerPoint and Google Sheets knowledge is a plus
  • Must speak fluent English with a high level of professionalism and customer service etiquette (No use of slang)

  • Pay :   20-25 hourly rate, dependent on experience

    Hours :   Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM (Includes an hour lunch from 12PM-1PM)

    Required Skills / Abilities :

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Thorough understanding of Stores procedures and policies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to keep accurate records.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, and software used to maintain inventory.
