Responsibilities include :
- Conduct business development initiatives with a focus on growing our higher education, healthcare, corporate office, mixed use and industrial markets.
- Hands-on involvement in the design process and relatable billable hour responsibilities.
- Lead and manage projects including setting priorities and developing objectives, and project financial management.
- Client management, including abilities to make fluent presentations, contract negotiations and client development activities. Good communication skills and a proven track record in successfully interacting with clients and collaborating with internal team members is necessary.
- The ability to serve as a technical resource for a multi-disciplined team.
- Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced multi-discipline environment.
- Being adaptable in an ever-changing industry.
Business Development Leader minimum qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, urban planning or landscape architecture.A minimum of 8 years of experience developing and managing a technical market or business development, along with selling technical services to architectural and municipal clients in WI.Established architectural relationships strongly preferred.Technical project management experience is desired.Professional PE or AICP PLA license.Success in business development planning, including developing strategic business plans, marketing activities, client development, presentation experience and proposal development.Proven leadership experience is highly preferred.Benefit package :
