Construction Project Manager
SERVPRO of South Philadelphia / SE Delaware County is looking to add a Construction Project Manager to our team! We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day management of construction projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to the required quality standard while maintaining effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :
Plan, schedule, and manage construction projects from start to finish.Prepare project budgets, schedules, and work scopes.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and labor crews.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation.Lead project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, etc.Resolve project-related issues and conflicts promptly.Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.Track project cost and provide regular budget updates.Oversee final punch list and closeout process.Maintain strong communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct pre-construction meetings with customers and sub-contractors.Ensure material suppliers deliver exactly what was purchased.Ensure sub-contractors complete all work in accordance with their work order.Identify areas outside of contracted scope of work.Position Requirements :
High School Graduate or GED EquivalentValid Driver's LicenseProven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar roleIn-depth knowledge of construction procedure, material, and project management principalsExperience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skillsStrong process and results driven attitudeAbility to multitask and to remain detail-orientedAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyMust be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications, proficiency in construction management softwareXactimate Experience (Preferred)Skills / Physical Demands / Competencies :Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Ability to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objectsAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawCompensation : $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
