Caregiver / IHS Professional - Coon Rapids

PAI is seeking dedicated and compassionate Individualized Home Supports (IHS) Professionals to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with disabilities, helping them maintain independence, improve daily living skills, and engage in meaningful activities, both at home and in the community. We currently offer Part-Time positions around the Twin Cities Metro area.  Specifically, we are seeking an in-home caregiver to work with a client for 20 hours / week (2-4 hours per day Mon-Fri).  Exact schedule will be determined based on needs and availability of family and care provider.

Pay rate : $20 hourly + mileage reimbursement. Flexible day and evening schedules available.

Other IHS Positions Available Now. Serve as a One-on-One Caregiver in the Client's Home or Out in the Community :

• Falcon Heights : 6 hours (10-1pm Wed, Fri).
• Saint Paul :   4-6 hours per week, over two weekdays during the day. Skilled in de-escalation and managing behaviors preferred.
• Minneapolis : Sat. 10am-2pm.
• Minneapolis : two 2-hour shifts on weekdays 10am-12pm.
• Bloomington : 6 hours per week, Mon & Fri.
• Hugo :  8 hours on weekdays (Mon, Fri).
• South St. Paul :  7 hours per week (1 : 30-5 : 00pm Mon, Tues).
• Minnetonka : Weekly hours flexible.
