We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to support software user interface design and development activities. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a structured Design System , possess strong collaboration skills, and be comfortable leading design reviews and engaging with global cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design intuitive and user-friendly software interfaces for medical applications.
  • Write user requirements and create detailed workflows .
  • Lead and facilitate design reviews with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal and external clinical teams to gather feedback and incorporate improvements.
  • Ensure alignment with established Design System standards and UX best practices.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience working within a Design System (e.g., ETHOS or similar).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional, global teams.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive, capable of driving initiatives independently.
  • Experience with UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
  • Desired : Previous experience with ETHOS Design System .
  • Desired : Prior work in Medical Imaging or CT domain.
