Entry Level IT Technician

Job Description

Will work 100% onsite

• Technical Dress Rehearsal : TDR phase has two objectives; ensuring the site has capable devices for all Epic required workflows and all capable IT devices to be tested for all documented functions.
• The team will be going around to each department / location and testing every device that will be running EPIC to ensure that the IT device is EPIC ready.
• Technicians will be following scripts that provide step by step instructions for testing that particular IT device for that particular location / department ’s needs.
• Attention to detail is key as the team will need to mark items that aren’t working as a fail.
• Marking an IT device as a fail isn’t a bad thing during this phase as it will allow us to identify those items and adjust during this phase to ensure success during Go-Live.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.
