Entry / Associate Product Review Engineer (Liaison Engineering)

Boeing Defense & Space (BDS) is hiring an Entry-Level or Associate Product Review Engineer Liaison Engineer) to join the Patriot Advanced Capability 3 (PAC-3) team located in Huntsville, AL . This engineer will perform / support troubleshooting, Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) technical analysis and provide solutions to non-conforming products. This position will work directly with cross functional and production engineering teams to meet production program objectives.

Boeing Huntsville has multi-year contracts to develop, manufacture, and test the Patriot Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) missile seeker and future improvements. These contracts are driving significant, long-term growth for the PAC-3 engineering team on the Huntsville campus.

Position Responsibilities :

• Applies basic knowledge of Boeing design and / or engineering principles to develop interim or final engineering solutions to product / process issues throughout the production lifecycle
• Analyzes, conducts root cause analysis and develops dispositions for design non-conformances
• Applies engineering principles to research technical, operational and quality issues to develop interim and final engineering solutions
• Provides written dispositions for routine design non-conformances
• Participates in Material Review Boards
• Represents the engineering community in the production environment, providing lineside support
• Recommends simple non-destructive test procedures, tools, standards
• Ensures supplier and build partner compliance with Boeing standards
• Develops and implements product / process improvements
• This position may require shift flexibility, based on business needs
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed, based on business needs
• Non-standard work week options may also be utilized to meet business objectives

Shift :

This position is for B (2nd) shift. (B Shift : M-Th; 4x10 - Start 4pm)

This position is expected to be 100% onsite . The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires ship. An interim and / or final U.S. Secret clearance Post Start is required.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range :

Entry-Level (Level 1) : $63,750 - $86,250

Associate (Level 2) : $73,950 - $100,050
