As a Security Officer - Healthcare Campus Patrol in Dayton, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and creating a welcoming atmosphere for staff, visitors, and patients. Job Schedule : Day Time
Monday to Friday 08 : 00 AM - 04 : 00 PM
What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and supporting emergency response activities as needed.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare environment.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or access.Monitor for irregular or suspicious behavior and report findings according to established procedures.Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and / or patients to support a secure and welcoming environment.Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and activities during each shift.Work collaboratively with Allied Universal and healthcare facility personnel to address security-related needs and / or concerns.What We're Looking For :

Must have at least 6 months of security-related experience.CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
