Overview

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a defined book of business within a local sales territory (Mesa, AZ).
  • Sell multimedia advertising solutions (print + digital) tailored to client needs.
  • Leverage a robust digital sales platform and CRM system.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and deliver consistent value.
  • Collaborate with internal production teams to execute client campaigns.
  • Identify and act on new revenue opportunities within existing and new accounts.
  • Communicate the value of marketing solutions and quickly build rapport with clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in print or digital media advertising sales.
  • Proven ability to sell to small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable being coached and applying feedback to grow professionally.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and communicate the value of marketing solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of Mesa, AZ area.
