Conduct quality control inspections on completed repairs. Assist with diagnosing complex vehicle issues and troubleshooting solutions. Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer repair procedures. Mentor and train technicians, promoting continuous learning and development. Coordinate with the Service Advisor team to ensure accurate customer communication. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment. Monitor shop productivity and assist in improving workflow processes. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance procedures. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Proficiency with service software and diagnostic tools. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and must complete the pre-employment screening.

Position Summary :
As the Shop Foreman , you will be responsible for supervising the technician team, ensuring timely and high-quality vehicle repairs, and maintaining a productive and organized service department. You will play a key role in mentoring technicians, coordinating workflow, and supporting the Service Manager in achieving department goals.
