Core Tools, Control Plan, QA Systems, 8D, Layered Process Audits, Lean Tools. Knowledge IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001. Experience in SAP PLM. Efficient, proactive, and hands-on approach. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Program Manager
We are currently seeking a Program Manager. The Program Manager position will be based out of the North Houston TX facility.
The role will manage new product introduction (NPI) and product improvement projects (PIP) from the customer RFQ phase to PPAP. Responsibilities include :
- Managing new product introduction projects (NPI) and product improvement projects (PIP) from the customer RFQ phase to PPAP.
- Providing on-site leadership for the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals and adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
- Reporting on project success criteria, results, metrics, and lessons learned.
- Working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
- Participating in establishing practices, templates, policies, and tools for successful project execution.
- Preparing estimates, where necessary, and a detailed project plan for all phases of the project.
- Managing project scope and changes.
- Acting as an internal quality control check for the project.
