We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our information technology team in Central New Jersey. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement (three days a week in the office) and candidates must live within a commutable distance from our Ewing, NJ Headquarter location. This position is ideal for early-career professionals with a strong interest in turning data into actionable business insights.

The Role

The Data Analyst will work with our Finance, Sales and Operations teams to garner knowledge from our data for business needs.

Accountabilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Perform descriptive and diagnostic analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to business stakeholders.
• Assist with ad-hoc data requests, queries, and reporting for different departments.
• Support the team in developing KPIs and tracking performance metrics.
• Document processes, data definitions, and best practices to improve data governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data pipelines, dashboards and reports meet business needs.
