What You'll Do
As a Project Manager in our Salem office, you will lead impactful projects from vision to reality, serving as a key liaison between clients and communities, and ensuring excellence throughout.
What We're Looking For

Responsibilities :
Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and the community.Lead development of project scopes, design selection processes, and stakeholder engagement.Oversee construction progress to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.Manage budgets, schedules, and change orders to deliver projects on time and within budget.Present complex projects to public audiences in an engaging and clear manner.Conduct on-site observations to monitor progress and resolve issues efficiently.Coordinate project closeouts, including manuals, drawings, warranties, and training.Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in design or construction management (K-12 preferred).Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field (10+ years preferred).Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheets, and Outlook.Strong knowledge of applicable codes and standards.You'll Thrive at HMK if you :
