Position Overview :

You will work closely with our medical team and other departments to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Responsibilities :

• Collect and analyze healthcare data from various sources, including electronic health records, claims data, and patient surveys
• Develop and maintain databases and data systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility of data
• Identify and interpret trends and patterns in data to provide insights and recommendations for improving patient care and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with medical team and other departments to understand data needs and develop reports and dashboards to visualize data and track key performance indicators
• Conduct data quality checks and ensure data integrity and security
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and recommend new tools and techniques to improve data analysis processes
• Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Train and support staff on data collection and analysis processes
