Job Title

Transports patients, equipment and supplies within hospital. Completes appropriate forms of tracking transportation assignments.

Job Requirements

Minimum : HS Diploma or equivalent combination of education and / or experience, American Heart Association BLS Provider certification. This position frequently lifts 35lbs from floor to waist and from waist to above.
