HSA Custodial Operations Analyst

A company is looking for a Custodial Operations Analyst to manage daily operations of Health Savings Account (HSA) Custodian processes.

Key Responsibilities

Process HSA transactions, including internal bank transfers and reconciliations

Support operational efficiency by streamlining processes and maintaining vendor relationships

Gather and analyze data to ensure accuracy of HSA transactional records and monitor operational metrics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field preferred

Strong analytical skills with a commitment to accuracy

High proficiency with spreadsheet software

1-2 years of experience in the Financial Services industry preferred

Must successfully pass a background investigation
