POSITION DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • This is a 6-month contract position. Must be willing / able to travel to either Jacksonville or Puerto Rico 1-2 times per month.
  • Excellent communication required.
  • Healthplan experience REQUIRED.
  • Healthedge GuidingCare experience HIGHLY required (or comparable system experience)
  • LinkedIn profile required upon submission.
  • TWO professional references REQUIRED with submission.

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced UAT Lead to drive end-to-end testing efforts for mission-critical SaaS workstreams.
  • We are looking for more someone who is a player coach and is ok with being a "Do'er".
  • This role will play a central part in ensuring high-quality delivery across Clinical and CRM platforms, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and vendors to validate solutions against business requirements.
  • The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare and technology testing expertise, with proven leadership in managing large-scale UAT initiatives.

    • Responsibilities

  • Define and coordinate testing activities, including the creation of test use cases and test scripts.
  • Establish and report on testing metrics to track progress and ensure quality.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including the client, product vendors, and incumbent vendors to execute testing.
  • Lead UAT and E2E testing processes for SaaS workstreams (Clinical and CRM will be the heaviest lift).

    • Preferred Experience

  • HealthPlan and BPaaS (Business Process as a Service) experience is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with clinical management platforms, particularly Healthedge GuidingCare, is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce Health Cloud, is highly preferred but not required.
  • Significant hands-on experience with testing tools such as JIRA and ALM.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
