The Systems Integrations Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing integrations between client systems and the company's platform. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Configure software to meet client-specific needs while adhering to system capabilities and limitations.
- Design and implement data feed integrations for both inbound and outbound client data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues, ensuring seamless transitions from legacy systems to new software.
- Validate client data for compatibility with the Copper Hill system and ensure it meets the minimum requirements for operational continuity.
- Optimize data transformation processes to improve efficiency and accuracy during data migration phases.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Technology teams to address technical challenges and ensure system compatibility.
- Document integration processes, migration procedures, and technical requirements to ensure transparency and scalability.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and clients during integration and migration activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent technical experience.Proficiency with data transformation tools, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and integration platforms.Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and data feed integrations.Experience with troubleshooting complex technical issues and resolving data compatibility challenges.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Seniority level
