ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure software to meet client-specific needs while adhering to system capabilities and limitations.
• Design and implement data feed integrations for both inbound and outbound client data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues, ensuring seamless transitions from legacy systems to new software.
• Validate client data for compatibility with the Copper Hill system and ensure it meets the minimum requirements for operational continuity.
• Optimize data transformation processes to improve efficiency and accuracy during data migration phases.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Technology teams to address technical challenges and ensure system compatibility.
• Document integration processes, migration procedures, and technical requirements to ensure transparency and scalability.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and clients during integration and migration activities.
