CNC Programmer
Are you a skilled CNC Programmer ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for a motivated professional to join our team and play a key role in operating computer numerical control (CNC) Vertical Mills to perform machine functions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Program, set up, and operate 3- and 4-axis machining centers using Mastercam.
- Read and interpret blueprints, planning sheets, sketches, and technical data to determine specifications, tooling, and setup procedures.
- Perform first-piece inspections and in-process checks, documenting results to ensure conformance to specifications.
- Prepare, preset, and secure tools, fixtures, and workpieces for machining operations.
- Monitor machine operations, detect malfunctions, and make necessary adjustments.
- Inspect parts visually during production, ensuring quality and adherence to ISO 9001, safety standards, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while performing additional duties as needed.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent (may be waived at company discretion).Extensive knowledge of Mastercam programming, G & M codes, and GD&T blueprint reading.Strong math skills, mechanical aptitude, and ability to use gauges.Experience with machining processes, including setup, operation, and quality verification.Physically capable of moderate lifting and manual dexterity.Good communication skills, strong attendance, and a clean safety record.Ability to multitask between programming, setup, and quality checks.Why Join Us?
