Your Responsibilities as an Office Professional

  • Lead management and Scheduling – you will be responsible for inbound and outbound customer communications while organizing work and managing schedules for our Service Professionals
  • Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers – You’ll communicate with customers to guide them through their projects and assist with managing their expectations.
  • Create Life-Long Customers – Deliver a great experience that wows every customer. You will follow the Mr. Handyman Way - a repeatable process that makes it easy to impress the customer every time.
  • Accounts Receivable - Manage AR by communicating with commercial and residential customers on AR Report and collect and process payments.
  • Marketing / Social Media - Maintain and promote the business through Mr. Handyman social media accounts including, but not limited to blogs, testimonials, examples of workmanship, promotions and other creative content.
  • Sales / Lead / Quote Follow-up - Utilizing the office CRM system, follow-up and close sales leads, estimates, quotes documenting results for analysis.

  • Job Requirements

    These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.

  • Live within the commuteable area and have reliable transportation
  • Have 3+ years of experience in an office setting
  • Solving problems must come easily to you
  • Complete a background check
  • Professional communication and phone skills
  • Experience with Service Titan CRM Software (Strongly Desired)
  • Marketing via lead aggregators portals and business social media accounts
  • Sales follow-up with customers
  • Account invoicing, payment processing, collections and general AR Management.
  • Benefits & Pay

    The pay range for this position is $21.50 to $26.50 per hour
