About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated individuals who are willing to learn, work hard, and grow with a fast-expanding company. This position involves operating slitter machines, wrapping pallets, moving materials with a forklift, and performing multiple production tasks in a clean, climate-controlled, FDA-regulated facility .

Responsibilities

Prepare and cut the cores for each job.

Perform job changeovers, job set-up, and splices.

Ensure master rolls are at the machine and properly loaded for each job.

Operate slitter machines and run each job according to customer specifications.

Weigh, label, and package finished rolls.

Complete all required operator paperwork accurately and on time.

Maintain targeted production and quality standards.

Perform daily housekeeping of the machine and surrounding area.

Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly housekeeping tasks.

Safely operate a forklift to move materials.

Follow all safety, quality, HR, and manufacturing policies and procedures.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience operating slitter or similar production machinery preferred.

Ability to lift and move materials as required.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

Must be able to follow FDA-regulated facility rules :

No jewelry, false eyelashes, fake nails, or nail polish

No loose or baggy clothing

Hair net and beard net (if applicable) must be worn at all times

Work Environment

Clean and climate-controlled facility.

Minimal supervision; independent work following established procedures.
