Directly or indirectly, you will have exposure to cutting-edge technology and groundbreaking medical research.\n\nFacilitating and coordinating care by providing evidence-based care based on the nursing process, policies, procedures, and protocols of the Johns Hopkins Health System.\n\nProviding direction to / management of other team members to promote quality, safety, and excellence in care.\n\nWorking collaboratively with, and providing leadership for, a multidisciplinary health care team to support program initiatives that support quality, safety, and excellence in care.\n\nParticipating in promoting improvement initiatives (clinical, financial, operational) that supports, protects and promotes area of specialty.\n\nImplementing initiatives in area of specialty as directed by nursing and medical leadership.\n\nFostering a clinical environment of service excellence.\n\nPRN $55 / hr\n\nContract $60-65 / hr (PM & rotating available)\n\nMust have : \n

• Current registered nurse license in the state of Maryland, or licensed in a compact state\n
• Current BLS required, ACLS preferred certifications\n
