We are seeking servers that are personable, warm, and friendly that can multi-task and provide excellent service to our guests.Responsibilities include :

• Greeting Customers : Welcoming guests as they arrive and seating them.
• Taking Orders : Accurately recording food and drink orders from customers.
• Serving Food and Drinks : Delivering orders to customers in a timely manner.
• Customer Service : Ensuring customers have a pleasant dining experience by addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
• Handling Payments : Processing payments, including cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
• Maintaining Cleanliness : Keeping the dining area clean and organized, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Knowledge of Menu : Being familiar with the menu to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Coordinating with Kitchen Staff : Communicating orders and special requests to the kitchen.
• Upselling : Suggesting additional items or upgrades to enhance the dining experience.
• Following Health and Safety Regulations : Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
