HVAC Technician / Field Technician

This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC Technician / Field Technician. The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, performing preventive maintenance, addressing plumbing issues, and ensuring overall system efficiency. The role will also involve troubleshooting electrical components and compliance with EPA regulations. Daily tasks include site inspections, system installations, and routine maintenance checks to ensure safety and operational excellence. Additional responsibilities include assisting other field technician employees in tasks not related to HVAC.

Qualifications :

• EPA 608 Certification
• HVAC troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills
• Plumbing and general maintenance skills
• Electricity and electrical systems troubleshooting
• Understanding of and compliance with EPA regulations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Relevant certifications or technical training is a plus
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Work truck or van (Mileage reimbursement)
