About the Role : As a Seasonal Tax Expert, you will leverage your tax expertise to empower customers achieve positive financial outcomes. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software / product support.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve customers with holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing
  • Demonstrate understanding of each customer's unique situation, connecting with them on a personal level
  • Possess active EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney credentials with extensive tax preparation experience
  • Reside within the United States and obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently
  • Proficient with technology including tax preparation software and CRM / sales tools
