JHCareers is partnering with an innovative on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company to hire a Level 3 Vehicle Operator in Las Vegas. Join the front lines of revolutionizing mobility—ensuring safety, testing cutting-edge tech, and contributing to real-world autonomous operations that shape the future of transportation.

As a key team player, you'll drive the mission forward while collaborating with experts in computer vision, vehicle engineering, and ride operations. This role offers hands-on learning in vehicle ops, flexible shifts, and bonus pay for nights / weekends. Ideal for disciplined drivers passionate about tech and safety.

What You'll Do (Daily Tasks) :

  • Drive 4-8 hours / day, prioritizing safety in autonomous vehicle testing and missions.
  • Perform basic software / hardware operations, troubleshooting, and tests.
  • Support diverse roles in / out of vehicles, including documentation, metrics, and feedback to engineering teams.
  • Handle vehicle maintenance : Daily checks, repairs, cleaning, and logistics for storage / movement.
  • Maintain paperwork for readiness and represent the brand as a public ambassador.

Shifts & Schedule (Full-Time, 30+ Hours / Week) :

  • Days : Choose from Wed-Sun, Thu-Mon, Fri-Tue, or Sat-Wed.
  • Day Shifts : 5 : 45am-2 : 15pm, 6 : 45am-3 : 15pm, or 7 : 45am-4 : 15pm.
  • Night Shifts : 1 : 45pm-10 : 15pm, 2 : 45pm-11 : 15pm, 3 : 45pm-12 : 15am, or 5 : 45pm-2am.
  • Bonuses : +5% for weekends; +2% for nights (up to +7% combined)!

    • This contract role runs through September 2, 2025, with potential for extension—gain expertise in autonomous mobility while enjoying PST timezone and long-term flexibility.

    Requirements

    Must-Haves :

  • Excellent driving history (no criminal record) and ability to drive 4-8 hours / day safely.
  • Strong written / verbal communication for feedback and team collaboration.
  • Basic vehicle knowledge for daily checks, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Basic tech skills for software operations and troubleshooting.
  • Proactive, resourceful mindset and team-player attitude.

    • Nice-to-Haves :

  • BS / BA or equivalent technical experience.
  • Military background for discipline and ops savvy.
