Bartender

Purpose : A Bartender is a service professional who prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. They can assess a customer's requests and like to make great recommendations.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check customer 's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Clean, r estock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements and Skills :

Education :

High School Diploma or GED required

Essential Functions :

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to s tand ; use hands to finger, handle, or feel ; and talk and hear. The employee is required to walk; climb and descend stairs, reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 5 0 pounds on their own. This position requires continuous ability to remember information and verbally communicate clearly.
