We support customers throughout the Department of Defense and U.S. Government in building innovative new tools to deliver unique world-class data exploitation capabilities.

As we grow, we’re looking for a mission-driven Senior Project Manager who is ready to make a real impact with purpose. The PM is responsible for leading and managing the cost, schedule, scope, quality, risk, and performance through agile software development executed from our Boulder, CO office. Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution : Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Change Management : Communicate and manage potential and contractual impacts to scope, schedule, and financials through proactive communication and collaborative change impact analysis.
• Team & Stakeholder Management : Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, while managing relationships and expectations with customers and stakeholders.
• Technical Oversight : Support technical leads with the management of requirements and roadmap development.
• Reporting & Communication : Prepare regular project status reports and present findings to senior management and other stakeholders, clearly translating complex technical data to understandable language.
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement new technologies, and drive innovation within project management operations.
• Industry and Growth : Apply industry and project knowledge to build and maintain a 1-n opportunities list for growth potential, coordinate with senior leadership and customers to recommend opportunities for scope expansion.
• Agile; Perform Scrum Master role for agile software development team.

The pay range for this position is $149,000 - $175,000 / year. SciTec considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education / training, and key skills. This is not a guarantee of compensation.
