Sr. Training Specialist - Cardiac Rhythm

A company is looking for a Sr. Training and Education Specialist in Cardiac Rhythm Management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and continuous improvement of product training programs and strategies

Create and manage the product education strategy from needs analysis through implementation and evaluation

Develop high-quality training materials, including eLearning courses, presentations, and videos

Required Qualifications

Prior experience in the Cardiac Rhythm Management industry

Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of relevant work experience in technical training and education

Experience in project management and communication with stakeholders

Familiarity with various instructional strategies and training methods

Ability to navigate ambiguous problems and conflicting priorities
