Lead and mentor your clinic team, ensuring a positive and collaborative workplace.Oversee clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in patient care.Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians and the community.Implement local marketing and outreach initiatives to drive clinic growth.Manage clinic performance metrics and financial goals.Adjust staff schedules to match patient volume needs.Ensure compliance, safety, and upkeep of the clinic space.Perform patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.Utilize evidence-based techniques to maximize patient outcomes.Educate and empower patients with at-home exercise plans and wellness strategies.Collaborate with referring physicians and healthcare professionals for continuity of care.Stay ahead of industry advancements through continuing education and mentorship opportunities.Who You Are A licensed Physical Therapist with a Master's or Doctorate degree.A natural leader who thrives in a mentorship role and fosters a positive team culture.A patient-focused clinician with a minimum of 2 years’ experience delivering high-quality, one-on-one care.A strategic thinker who understands clinic performance, scheduling, and operations.A relationship builder who enjoys connecting with physicians, patients, and the community.Prior leadership or management experience is preferred but not required - we’re happy to help you grow into the role!Why Join Us?At Doctors of Physical Therapy , we invest in your success with :
