Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the appropriate State Board of Pharmacy
• Clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting
• Completion of an accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency or fellowship AND completion of an accredited PGY-2 Specialty Pharmacy Residency or fellowship (in an appropriate specialty field)

OR Completion of an accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency or fellowship AND 3+ years clinical pharmacy experience (if no PGY-2 is completed)

OR 5+ years clinical pharmacy experience with no history of residency or fellowship

Job Description

This role is based in Tulsa and is responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services in a hospital setting. The Clinical Pharmacist will assess, plan, deliver, and document pharmaceutical care in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards to ensure quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in clinical pharmacy practice, including sterile compounding and specialty pharmacy care, and will comply with all applicable state and board requirements.

Compensation :

$138,000 - $148,000 per year annual salary.
