Operations Support Manager

HX5 is currently seeking a Operations Support Manager who will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract at Schriever Space Force Base.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Lead organization personnel management actions, including tracking staffing activities, managing employee training and certification status and leading organization morale and welfare activities.
- Facilitate personnel In / Out / Move Processing for the organization by managing seating assignments, coordinating with move coordinators, working with the proper teams for equipment updates, physical moves and facilitation of employee coordination.
- Coordinate paperwork and monitor approval of Visitor Access Requests (VARs) and other Schriever SFB security requirements.
- Perform Cost Account Manager (CAM) duties for selected cost accounts as required.
- Support the knowledge management team on development and coordination requirements on contractual documentation creation and delivery.

Have excellent written and verbal communication skillsBe able to brief senior corporate and Government leadershipHave established and successful organizational skills allowing for positive management of multiple tasks and priorities efficientlySalary : This position is expected to pay $110,000 - $130,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
Education and Experience :
Must have 6, or more, years of general (full-time) work experienceMay be reduced with completion of advanced educationMust have 4, or more, years of directly related experienceMust have 1, or more, years of experience working in a management or leadership roleExperience managing day-to-day activities of a company or organization, including processes, systems, and resources.Experience with tasks associated with project management, data analysis, process improvement, and effective collaboration to achieve organizational and managerial goalsExperience with personnel managementMust have an active DoD Secret Security ClearanceDesired Requirements :
Have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Organizational Management or similar programBe able to interpret data and conclude meaningful insights to support inform decision-makingBe able to actively problem solve, identify issues and evaluate potential outcomes that lead to positive solutions.Have developed leadership skills, providing motivation and support to different teamsPosition Type / Expected Hours of Work :
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.
