Job Description

As a Security Officer - Retail Mall Patrol in Montgomery, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail locations, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents and promote a welcoming environment. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, assisting with access control, responding to alarms, and providing outstanding customer service to visitors and staff. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
