Role Description :

This remote contract position for an Account Executive at Longhorn Energy & Transportation offers an exciting opportunity to join a nationally recognized skilled trades recruiting agency featured in various media outlets, including USA News and U.S. Business. The role involves making cold calls to both provided and self-generated leads, with a focus on building client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

As a 1099 position, it operates on a 100% commission basis, allowing for potential earnings exceeding $150,000 annually with uncapped commissions. The Account Executive will manage client accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and work closely with internal teams to achieve sales goals. Additional incentives, such as performance and KPI bonuses, along with fully funded trips for sales agents and their guests for members of the president's club, further enhance the appeal of this role.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Preferred experience in recruiting or employment agency
  • Cold Calling
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of the energy and / or transportation industry
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
