Your role at BHSN :

A Care Navigator plays a vital role in supporting individuals who require assistance navigating complex social service systems and accessing appropriate resources. They work closely with clients facing various challenges, such as mental health issues and substance abuse or other barriers to independent living. The primary objective of this role is to assess individual needs, develop tailored plans, coordinate services, and advocate for clients to ensure they receive comprehensive support and achieve their goals.

Work Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM. One day per week (between Monday and Thursday), the schedule will shift to 10 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM to meet program needs.
