Tripadvisor’s Media Distribution team is seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven Distribution Specialist to join our globally recognized team. This role is a key driver in supporting our Global Partner Solutions (GPS) business, acting as a digital expert in media distribution across paid social, audience extension, and email marketing channels.
What You’ll Do
- Lead campaign creation, execution, and optimization across social, display, and email, troubleshooting issues and proposing data-driven solutions for client retention.
- Partner with internal GPS and extension teams, building relationships for seamless campaign launches.
- Manage vendor relationships, provide performance feedback, and contribute to the product roadmap by exploring new features and partnerships.
- Execute cross-platform campaigns : Collaborate on paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest).
- Directly manage and optimize Display, Video, and YouTube campaigns across various DSPs. Activate Email marketing campaigns with marketing and creative teams.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.2-3 years of hands-on experience in paid media buying from an advertising agency, publisher, or media company.Demonstrated expertise in executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest), display / programmatic (DSPs), and video platforms.A thorough understanding of the paid media auction landscape, dynamic pricing, and associated costs.Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide both quantitative and qualitative insights and propose data-driven solutions.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.The ability to effectively manage priorities and multiple concurrent campaigns in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer
