KpCompanies is leading the search for a collaborative and community-focused Director of Youth & Recreation Centers and Programs to join the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB). This leader will be responsible for shaping, directing, and evaluating recreation services across one of the nation's premier park systems. Reporting to the Assistant Superintendent of Recreation, the Director will ensure that MPRB recreation centers are vibrant hubs of engagement, equity, and opportunity for residents of all ages.
