Key Responsibilities :
Adhere to food safety guidelines at all times.Evaluate and validate sanitation practices to ensure production food safety.Ensure compliance with regulations for incoming raw materials and outgoing products throughout all processes.Enforce and audit Good Hygiene Practices consistently.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications :
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.Must be at least 18 years old.Must have a high school diploma / GED or 1 year of experience in quality control, production, or military roles.Strong math skills required.Ability to read, write, and comprehend English for documentation purposes.Familiarity with warehousing processes.Self-starter with strong communication skills.Dependability, accuracy, and precision are essential.Excellent attendance and safety records are required.Willingness to cross-train for other areas of FSQR coverage.Capability to work in varying temperatures (-35 degrees to 25 degrees).Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Prolonged periods of walking and standing are required.Must be flexible to work hours, including overtime and weekends when necessary.Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.Preferred Qualifications :
Associate or Bachelor degree.Previous experience in a food / meat processing environment.HACCP training.Please note that this position does not offer relocation reimbursement.
