Job Title : 5-Axis CNC Machinist

Location : Euclid, OH

Shift : 3rd (10pm to 6 : 30am)

Pay : $26-$32 / hr

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate 5-axis vertical / horizontal Haas CNC Machines. The role involves setting up tools, performing edits using G&M codes, and making program changes with Mastercam / Solidworks. The machinist will be responsible for checking parts for quality, working off complex blueprints, and machining Tungsten.

Responsibilities

• Operate 2 5-axis vertical / horizontal Haas CNC Machines.
• Set up tools and perform edits using G&M codes.
• Make program changes using Mastercam / Solidworks.
• Check parts for quality to the 5000th.
• Work off complex blueprints and work instructions.
• Machine Tungsten, which is a niche material.

Work Environment

Work in a well-lit manufacturing facility. The role is on the night shift from 10 PM to 6 : 30 AM, with training on the first shift from 6 AM to 2 : 30 PM for up to 60 days.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $54000.00 - $62400.00 / yr.

4% Match on 401k if 5% contributed, profit sharing once 3 years into the company, quarterly bonus up to 9% of quarterly earnings (OT Included) 2 Weeks vacation to start, 1 week sick time, 2 floating holidays. $250 / Month perfect attendance. Health, Dental, Vision
