Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN House Supervisor for a travel nursing job in Florence, South Carolina.

Position : Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift : Night | 3x12-hour shifts

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours : 36

Position Summary :

The Registered Nurse (RN) ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care by implementing and following individualized nursing care plans. The RN supervises Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and orientees to ensure that patient needs are met effectively and safely.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission to develop individualized care plans.
  • Identify patient and family teaching needs and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly.
  • Participate in rehabilitation programs, emphasizing education and goal achievement.
  • Initiate discharge planning and patient education from the day of admission.
  • Communicate changes in patient status promptly to ensure continuity and safety of care.
  • Delegate and supervise ancillary personnel appropriately.
  • Promote a safe and positive environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Maintain professional appearance, attendance, and punctuality standards.
  • Assume charge nurse responsibilities when assigned.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development through continuing education and self-study.

    • Qualifications :

  • Education : Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Licensure : Active RN license (state-specific)
  • Experience : Minimum of 2 years of bedside clinical experience (highly desired)
  • Certifications :

    • BLS – Required

  • ACLS – Required
