Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for various roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience
Coordinate interviews and facilitate onboarding processes, maintaining accurate HR data
Act as a culture ambassador, promoting the organization's values and planning team events
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or people operations
Ability to manage multiple recruiting processes simultaneously
Curiosity about people and their motivations for career advancement
Experience with HR and recruiting systems, preferably Rippling
