job_description.job_card.job_descriptionConducting nutritional assessments and developing individualized nutrition plans Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure nutritional needs are met Updating and overseeing meal plans and nutritional policies Providing training and education on nutrition and wellness Monitoring and reporting on residents' nutritional status Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or related field Prior completion of a Dietetic internship Current state licensure and Registration as a Dietician Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism Experience with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) children Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Experience in developing and implementing nutrition policies Ability to provide effective training and guidance
