job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAdhere to all safety and operational guidelines within the warehouse. Process and manage return goods authorizations (RGAs) in accordance with company policies and procedures. Analyze return data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of returns. Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve RGA-related issues and inquiries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements. Maintain accurate records of RGAs, including documentation of return reasons, resolutions, and follow-up actions. Generate reports and metrics to track RGA performance and identify areas for optimization. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to returns management. Ability to lift up to 25lbs. Experience in NetSuite is highly desirable. Experience in e-commerce is highly desirable. Proficiency in Excel and computers Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Competitive salary package.
