The Specialty Mfg. Co. is a vertically integrated company offering the industrial and manufacturing sectors a one-stop-shop solution for products, machining, molding, and light assembly. From stock items to the design and production of custom parts and machinery, our five divisions provide the solutions and support you need every step of the way. The Shipping & Receiving Specialist will work in our warehouse and report to our warehouse manager. This role is responsible for daily tasks of shipping and receiving goods. Our warehouse team is an integral part of our business and we are looking for an outgoing and organized individual to come join us!

Job Duties :

• Pick, pack, and ship orders with all required labels and paperwork.
• Stack, wrap, and stage outbound pallets.
• Schedule trucks and special pick-ups.
• Receive inventory from in-house assembly and outside vendors per SMC procedures.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.
• Maintaining of cardboard and paper recycling area.
