CT Rad Tech Job Details
Location : Denver, Colorado 80204
Healthcare Setting : Invasive Cardiology – Cath Lab, Level I Trauma Center
Position Type : Travel Radiologic Technologist
Contract Length : 18 weeks (Start : 10 / 13 / 2025 – End : 2 / 16 / 2026)
Shift Schedule : 4x10-hour day shifts (Monday–Friday, 07 : 00–17 : 30)
On-Call Requirements : 1–2 weeknight shifts per week and 1–2 weekends per month
Estimated Weekly Pay : $2,900–$2,970
Qualifications for CT Rad Tech Travel Job
Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience in a Level I Trauma hospital (required)
Prior travel healthcare experience (required)
EPIC electronic health record (EHR) charting experience (required)
Certifications : ACLS, BLS (AHA), and one of the following : ARRT(CI), RCIS, or RCES with Colorado Fluoroscopy Operator Registration (required for RCIS / RCES)
Electrophysiology (EP) experience (preferred)
Ability and willingness to float within scope to meet facility needs
COVID-19 vaccination required (medical / religious exemptions considered)
Drug and alcohol screening required (including THC / marijuana panel)
Key Responsibilities – CT Radiologic Technologist
Scrub and monitor for STEMIs, CTOs, cardiovascular, peripheral, electrophysiology, and device cases in the Cath Lab
Perform and assist with cardiac catheterizations, ablations, pacemaker insertions, and other interventional radiology procedures
Ensure accurate monitoring, documentation, and maintenance of sterile field during all procedures
Operate specialized Cath Lab equipment : GE Combo Lab (MacLab, CardioLab), IABP, Impella, OCT, IVUS, Coroflow, laser, and thrombectomy devices
Precept and mentor new staff as needed
Float to other units within scope as required to support hospital operations
Maintain strict compliance with facility protocols, safety standards, and healthcare regulations
