About The Position

Job Title : Pharmacist

Shift : Night 3x10-Hour; Night 4x10-Hour

Hours per Shift : 10-11 Hours

Experience : Minimum 1 Year Required

License : Valid Compact License Required

Certifications : BLS, BCPS, IV, Chemotherapy / Hazardous Drug Certification, PharmD, RPh

Must-Have : Pediatric experience and comfort working in a children's hospital setting

Description :

This position is for a pharmacist role with a 7 days on and 7 days off schedule.

Shifts run Wednesday through Tuesday, with every other weekend shifts.

Long weeks involve 10-hour shifts with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.

Short weeks (Sunday through Tuesday) consist of 11-hour shifts with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.

The pharmacist will float between various units as needed.

Previous charge experience is required.

Experience in pediatric dosing and compounding is essential.

Expected patient ratios and specific unit details will be provided upon hire.

Weekend shifts are required as part of the schedule.

All travelers must prepare for potential floating between facilities.

Refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment.

Compliance with all operational protocols is expected.
