Job Description

Position Purpose : Repair and Tool Technicians are responsible for evaluating and repairing small engines, outdoor power equipment, and handheld electrical devices. They make equipment recommendations and ensure units are maintained. Technicians work in stores with Tool Rental Centers and in repair centers. In stores, they provide service to customers, handle rental contracts and invoices, check tool operation, and demonstrate proper use as needed. They also manage daily operations and maintenance of equipment. In non-store locations, technicians repair units, test repair quality, and clean units before returning them to the store. They must have thorough tool knowledge and manage tool inventory effectively.
